Welcome to the Wimberley Community Tennis Association's web site!

WCTA is a member of the USTA Texas Section and USTA National Community Tennis Associations. Wimberley is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, approximately 40 miles Southwest of Austin and 60 miles northeast of San Antonio. As you drive into the Village of Wimberley, you pass a welcome sign that says it all !

The Wimberley Community Tennis Association is a non-profit community tennis association that helps promote the development and growth of tennis in our community. WCTA is an active tennis group with over 100 members. We play at the Wimberley High School tennis courts located on Texan Boulevard just off of FM 2325. We have regular evening sessions starting at 5:00pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday, starting at 9:00am. We have players of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced. If you are interested in playing any of those days, please feel free to just show up at the courts. We will arrange a match for you.

The annual membership dues, which are tax deductible, cover the operating costs that help promote and encourage local tennis. Dues also are used in the constant care and maintenance of the courts and improving the high school tennis facility and supporting the high school tennis team.

Members of WCTA enjoy benefits such as the WCTA web site, a Membership Directory, email updates and an annual membership meeting social. We also have various organized tennis challenges with other regional CTAs.
